Ecommerce Terms of Sale

These Ecommerce Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) govern all purchases made through the online store (the “Store”) owned or operated by or on behalf of Reef Capital Partners LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing products or services through our Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, our Master Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

To purchase from the Store, you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and contact information
  • Agree not to use the Store for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or reject at our discretion. Order confirmation does not signify acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at any time, including after confirmation, without liability.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We may charge applicable sales taxes based on your shipping address or jurisdiction. You are responsible for any local taxes or fees not collected at checkout.

  1. Payment Methods

We accept payments through authorized third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes and fees.

 
  1. Shipping and Delivery

We ship physical goods to addresses in the United States (and select international locations where specified). Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier performance. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

 
  1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
  1. Physical Products
  • You may return eligible physical items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs may apply.
  1. Digital Products and Event Registrations
  • All digital downloads, reports, and event registrations are final sale and non-refundable, unless required by law.
  • If an event is canceled by us, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  1. Intellectual Property

All materials sold or accessed through the Store, including digital products and branded content, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without our prior written permission.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
